Personal information only reaches us when you complete the booking form on this site. The form asks for details such as your name, a telephone number or email address, the address of the premises where the inspection is required, and any notes you wish to add about the equipment or machinery to be assessed. Browsing the rest of the site does not result in any personal data being recorded about you. Basin processes the form and delivers your submission to us. Please keep your notes focused on the inspection itself, and avoid including sensitive personal information or details about other individuals unless the booking cannot proceed without them.

The details you submit are used to progress your booking. Your enquiry information is passed to the specialist firm that carries out the PUWER inspection, so that the work can go ahead. That firm will contact you directly to arrange and complete the inspection. From the point your details are shared, that firm is responsible for how it handles them. PUWER Inspections does not sell your personal information to any third party, under any circumstances.

We hold and use your personal information on the basis that processing is necessary to perform the service you have requested by completing the booking form. Where we share your details with the firm carrying out the inspection, we do so on the same basis. If you choose not to provide the requested details, we will be unable to progress your booking.

We keep your details for as long as is reasonably necessary in connection with your booking. Once the booking has been fulfilled and there is no longer a practical reason to retain the information, we remove it. We do not hold personal data for longer than the purpose requires.
